Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3-5 working days. During sale periods or new collection launches, it may take 5-7 working days.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over PKR 3,000. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of PKR 250 applies.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. However, we are working on enabling international shipping soon!
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard).
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, our online payment gateway is 100% secure and encrypted. We do not store any sensitive card information on our servers.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for unused items with tags still attached. Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
How do I initiate an exchange?
