7-Day Easy Exchange

At Pinch by Anaya, we offer a 7-day exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the size or quality of the product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Exchange

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

How to Initiate an Exchange?

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 314 0457006 or email us at Info@pinchbyanaya.com.
2. Provide your order number and photos of the item you wish to exchange.
3. Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to our warehouse at your own expense.
4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your replacement within 2–3 working days.

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. We only offer exchanges for a different size or another item of equal value. In case an item is out of stock, we will provide a store credit valid for 6 months.
